Experiential Capstone: The Art of the Unexpected

FUTURE PERFECT X · MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA · 2026

Experiential Capstone: The Art of the Unexpected

Planned and produced five immersive field trips for a global tech company's leadership capstone, spanning five Bay Area venues and 200 senior AI leaders.

Each was built around a leadership theme and followed by a dinner from celebrated Bay Area chefs. Teams raced to change tires on a NASCAR stock car inside a winery, cooked from a shrinking pantry in a cook-off hosted by Alison Roman, and learned to fly a Harris's hawk to their own gloves. Others worked alongside NASA and SETI Institute scientists at a college observatory, or played "Acknowledgement" from A Love Supreme with Meshell Ndegeocello on John Coltrane's 100th birthday. I oversaw on-site production for three of the five, managing run-of-show, vendor coordination, and guest flow from setup through wrap, and handled venue sourcing and logistics for the other two.

Front Row Leadership with Anna Wintour

EZRA COACHING · CHIEF, NEW YORK CITY · 2025

Led design and execution of an exclusive executive experience at Chief featuring Anna Wintour in conversation with senior HR leaders from Mastercard, Walmart, Goldman Sachs, and PVH Corp.

Owned concept, programming, and full production for a gathering of 120+ clients and prospects including a discussion on leadership, creativity, and the role of vision and values in shaping lasting organizational impact.

The result: a 90% show rate and within weeks, EZRA closed the largest deal in company history with a guest who attended.

Leadership Dinner Series

EZRA COACHING · NORTH AMERICA · 2025

Led a 15+ city executive dinner series across North America in 2025, which included intimate gatherings of 15–30 senior HR and people leaders designed to turn a guest list into a room of peers.

Each evening centered on a facilitated conversation led by an Advisory Board member with every detail — venue, seating, menu, pacing — designed to make candid discussion the main course.

The result: a repeatable format that consistently filled tables in city after city, and conversations that continued long after dessert.

Powering People Performance Summit with Simon Sinek

EZRA COACHING · WILDFLOWER AUBERGE, HUDSON VALLEY · 2025

Produced EZRA's client summit — three days with 50 of their top enterprise clients at Wildflower Auberge in the Hudson Valley. Curated an experience that blended hands-on workshops, client panels, and a keynote by Simon Sinek with moments built for connection: immersive wellness activities, cooking and cocktail classes, and fireside s'mores. Every detail, from venue selection through run-of-show, engineered so the content and the connection reinforced each other.

The result: a 5/5 attendee satisfaction score and feedback like this:

“Not one element of the event’s success would have happened without your team… executing flawlessly behind the scenes.” — VP of Talent Development, Goldman Sachs

Breaking the Mold: Innovation in Marketing

GENERAL ASSEMBLY · ACE HOTEL, CHICAGO · 2019

Produced a marketing thought-leadership evening in partnership with Ace Hotel, bringing close to 100 marketers and creatives together for a conversation on breaking convention, how brands take creative risks, and what it costs them not to. The panel paired voices from across the industry — the VP Global Group Creative Director at Ogilvy (also founder of Camp Wandawega), an Employee Engagement Consultant at Arity, and a Creative Director at Havas — in a room designed to feel like a downtown salon. Beyond the evening itself, I directed onsite content capture and asset delivery including video, photography, and executive soundbites so one night became a month of marketing material.

The result: a packed room at capacity

Client and Broker Summer Cruise

MAVEN CLINIC · CHICAGO · 2023

Hosted a summer afternoon on the water for Maven's clients, prospects, and broker partners designed around a simple ask: brokers brought their clients, and Maven's team finally met the people behind the relationships. Games on board, food and drinks flowing, summer giveaways, and the Chicago skyline doing the rest — a networking event built to feel like a day off, rather than a work function.

The result: Maven's team walked away with direct relationships to clients who had previously only existed through their brokers.
